Sir I sold a property one year back and I have invested proceeds in an another property so I have to not pay capital gain TAX. For calculation if I have not purchased another property and paid capital gain taxes l have to pay more even after indexation .If l have to pay according new taxation I will save more than 30% so this will change case to case so we can't generalize every thing that it is affecting all.

I feel otherwise, there will be property will boom, why because, people will always try to avoid capital gains tax, capital gain tax cannot be avoided in stock market as everything is digitalized whereas, property will be undervalued hugely and half the money will be taken out as black money..... Same applicable for gold bees....
