SUZUKI BANDIT 1200 Start up after 1 1/2 years stored.

Putting my Bandit back on the road after 1/1/2 years stored. The fuel had been drained from tank and carbs and a new battery was required anyway. Brakes and clutch new fluid, the oil/filter will be changed after a ride. Started up fine.

When u drained your tank completely to store bike did u treat the inside with anything to stop any rust forming inside the tank . Cracking bike by the way

No just totally drained, bike was in a damp free garage. cant see any rust inside, been doing it that way for a while, fuel seems to go off quick these days.
