Service center mechanics keep adding small amount of grease on rollers. I asked them NOT to. but they said if not add small layer of grease around rollers, they may needs to chance back it in very short time. but what I experience is now, my belt slips sometimes in slow speeds. Next time I will replace rollers myself using your tutorial. Thank you very much 👍

What a clear explanation! Though i don't do servicing of my scooter by myself, your videos give such a clear idea. And that is very good! I do have a small vibration when accelerating from 0 to 10 km/h. It happens if i pull the throttle fast. If i give a slow throttle, there's no vibration. I will tell the mechanic to check the rollers next time. Thank you!

Local spark plug also make vibration. After changing genune spark plug from service centre all vibration gone

Lubrication is important in roller and shaft otherwise it will give vibration.

Lubrication will not withstand aftersometime the lubricant disappeared due to heat generated. It is temporary. No effect instead you lubricate nothing but hype.

If battery is not maintaining a proper voltage ,then Fi motor will malfunction. So automatically idling will be higher and that's the result of tyre rotation in high rpm. Check battery voltage ,if battery is in good condition means then take to authorized service center and let them check it.

Hi...my self ankesh jain..i bought burgman 125 on August 2020...abhi aajkal vibration issues ho rahe at the time of slow speed acceleration same as like your vehicle in the video.... Service karane ke baad bhi same problem repeat ho raha hai.... suzuki service centre wala bol raha hai ki andar assembly set pura badalna padega so uska karcha something 7000-10000 ayega karke mujhe bola hai ....i want your opinion ki kya sach mein itna karcha sirf just for vibration issues ke liye hota hai ya service centre wale loot rahe hume dhoka dekar?? I seriously want your help regarding my burgman vibration issues....help me ki kya kiya jaaye...is vibration issues ke liye warranty claim ho sakta hai kya ??? Ya fir warranty kis cheek ki ayegi?

Though vibration in slow speed is little bit unnatural..but more noise come generally in lower rpm than mid and higher rpm..I also own bs6 Suzuki burgman and have experienced that..
