Sorry if I write you here, to talk about the Honda CRF300 seat removal but on that video the comments seems not to be allowed. I found your solution for the seat removal very nice. I only have one doubt: with this solution the saddle is held in place by two bolts screwed onto the plastic mudguard. I wonder if the plastic mudguard is strong enough to withstand the forces that arise from the movement of the body on the saddle. What do you think about it? Thank you

You don't 'need' to use pure nitrogen, however it is the 'correct' way to do it. Normal Air is ~80% nitrogen alone, really the only thing you don't want in there is moisture, but saying that, just avoid doing it on a rainy or a hot and muggy day and it'll be fine. you can use a mountain bike shock pump with a needle to refill it. This is exactly what I'm going to do
