Dzire wins it for me. 15 inch wheels, rear ac vents, 5 speed transmission, fog lamps and repeaters. Cons for me are the trunk space, ground clearance and the gear shifting but not that big of a deal. It's a bang for the buck with lots of accessories and toys

We have Hyundai Reina and Kia Soluto. Based on our experience the aircon of the soluto is not cold, having a trouble during afternoon heat. Soluto is comfortable to drive and fuel efficient. Reina on the other hand is smooth,fuel efficient and the aircon can manage the afternoon heat. Also have Nissan Almera however we have a wheel bearing problem at 3k mileage and problem appeared again at 8k mileage, it is very unreliable and fuel consumption is very poor.

Suzuki might win on this on PH market. That is because of Hyundai and Kia badges. And also, I have heard that spares on korean cars are more expensive compared to Japanese cars. But for the last ten years, korean cars are more reliable than filipino thinks. I am living in korea and honestly, I am so reluctant in buying korean car before. My options are european, american and korean cars. They have also some japanese cars like honda and lexus but very few. Cost of american to korean cars is almost same. Cost of korean to german cars is almost 3 times. I bought a used 2012, 3 yrs old, Kia sportage with 86,000+ kilometers. I have only a month warranty from dealer and 2 yrs or 15,000 kilometers from kia for the power train warranty. For the first month, I have abused the car abit. I am amazed that for the 2 years I have car, I never had any issues at all. I have not changed anything other than engine oil, air filter, and aircon filter. I sold it and now I have Kia Sorento and I am so happy with my car and I never had any issues at all for the past 2 years I have on this car.

JayPark Z kia and hyundai sucks in Philippines if its the basic ones or those that are cheaper as both companies are guilty of removing all the top tier specs of those cars making them look bad Eg. Hyundai Accent Kia Rio Both cars are filled with refinement in their specs in other country and even in korea those are decent cars and yeah its decent here but it felt so cheap cuz at that price here vios already has infotainment and stuff inside but nevertheless hyundai kona,tucson and kia rio,sportage and etc are kinda good here just wanna mention how unfair the company handling kia and hyundai here

Sa dzire can play Android through your phone, just install the autolink apps... Sa IOS i dont know yet if paano mag play.. Bit i know it will also play Sa AGS technology ni dzire you can have the best of both worlds of AT and MT... Sa MT mode you can easily switch gear if you want to especially in engine braking, more safer i think for sudden stops.. Sa traffic naman very useful and D mode or AT function nya.. Which gives you relax driving experience while in traffic.. Plus i believe si dzire pinaka fuel efficient of the 3 since 1.2 li engine lng at the same time 5 speed pa.. Sooner mas lalakas pa rin sa gas consumption ung 1.4 compare sa 1.2 lang.. Especially traffic at Automatic pa.. Medyo bitin lang sa reviews si dzire sa test drive ni caco.. But all in all.. It was a great and fair review... At isa pa sa 3 si dzire ang pinaka mataas na ground clearance as per actual pero sa spec sheets nila si dzire ang mababa.. 😆 Tingen ko minimum ksi ung sa dzire khit loaded na 145mm ground clearance pa rin. Which means more higher if not loaded.... BTW dzire owner here.. Hehe Peace out

At heavy traffic my FC is 10 km/liters.. Basta hndi na sya mas mababa pa dun.. Sa highway pumapalo sya ng more than 20km/li.. Mixed highway and city driving is around 13-16 km/li.. All are full tank method

Hindi naman sirain sir.. Meron smen almost 30,000kms na.. Wala naman problem. May isa akong nalaman na nasira tgla ags nya pinalitan naman ng casa around 25k ata ang price.. Good thing under warranty pa.. But still mas mura pa rin si ags compare sa cvt kpg nasira.... Ung iba cguro sanay tgla sila sa conventional AT.. Kaya nung nagamit nila si dzire ags.. Paramg may something wrong.. Pero hndi nila alam natural lang un.. Since Manual transmission naman tgla si ags... Mas smooth pa nga sya i shift compara sa mga MT tgla ... Sa mga conventional MT.. Almost may log sa shifting.. But sa ags.. Bihira lang.. Basta always remember kpg gnamit mo si ags,, Manual tranny pa rin sya.... So treat it like a manual rather than a AT.. So kpg mag shifitng ka sa ags dpt Manual mode man o drive mode.. Lift mo lng ng kaunti ung paa mo sa gas pedal just to give way sa ags to shift smoothly

This review convinced me to buy the Suzuki Dzire. What I liked most about it are the 15in wheels with high ground clearance. Never siya sumayad sa mga slopes and humps. It also looks roomy inside with a lot of toys. Fuel efficiency on Manila traffic is at around 12Km/L. I also like the stable suspension. You can feel a bit of delay sa gear shifting ng automatic mode but the manual mode will solve the problem. I don't want to be nitpicky but I really hate the headrest. It looks ugly! Lol. And the aftersales is quite terrible.

I think the aftersales services varies from one branch to another (as they are surprisingly owned by a different company dealer) . I have the best experience so far with Suzuki Quezon Ave where I got my unit.

Does anybody know if either of these vehicles are allowed by Grab Philippines?

I was informed by Hyundai's salesperson that these cars were actually made to pass for Grab. Well, since these are almost the same size as the Gen 2 Vios, then why not? :)

Suzuki Dzire, Japanese brand made in India. Hyunda Reina and Kia Soluto, both Korean brands (sister companies, too!) but made in China. Also read the after sales reviews, you will know which one is better. After using the car that I picked out of these three for almost 6 months now, clearly I have made the right choice. 😏
