Suzuki Grand Vitara AllGrip Test Review

Suzuki's AllGrip Select works much more often than we might think in the auto mode to switch on and switch off without the driver realising it. It's not merely useful on bad roads, it works a lot on normal and city roads as well, as demonstrated by some Polish KZbinrs, providing superior traction compared to any two-wheel-drive vehicles on normal roads as well. And it's response times are better than other on-demand AWD systems by other brands on other comparable vehicles as demonstrated by roller tests. I really want this car badly, but we only have the manual transmission option, and that too without the heads-up display or wireless charger here in India.

I bought my GL model a month ago and I'm very happy. Has mostly the same features as the GLX but no sun roof and leather trim. For a day to day car, its perfectly fine and for the odd trips on the long road. Very good value for money option.

how is it on the open road, trying to decide between this and the Creta and have had complaints about it being a bit sluggish

​@@tafadzwa8961Ive taken it on the long road and it's perfectly fine. It all depends on the you coming from. I came from a hyundai i10 so anything feels better I guess.

You don't mention that the Vitara has disc brakes at the rear as well.For me thats a +.

The most uncomfortable second row of seats in the segment- especially for anyone even close to six feet tall. And the seats don't recline.
