Well, that's one way to fuck up your exhaust, and what a mess you've made of it. I actually prefer the sound before you fucked it up, it sounds better with the muffled sound.

Ugh..fellas......a MUCH easier way to remove the inside stuff. Get and use a MAP gas torch, and heat up the inside honey comb stuff until its red hot. Then just take a hammer (you need to be quick while it's red hot because it will start to cool quickly)..and wack it a couple times...you don't have to hit it very hard, and it will crack loose from its mounting joints, then reheat, and use tin snips to cut and break it all apart to pull out. When that material is really hot, it becomes very brittle. I learned this by having a piece of metal go thru my truck exhaust system while I was driving, and the single piece of metal completely hollowed out my CAT. It literally looks like it never has had anything in it before. Crazy.

Welds aren't bad for flux core bud. But you should really get welding gas and use solid wire..stainless, cuz that's a stainless exhaust. When you switch to gas shielded welding, it's like night & day difference and you'll never wanna ever go back to flux core.

I appreciate it brother, this is the first time trying to weld something and don’t know much about the difference between gas or not, but your comment gives me an idea now. Will definitely invest in gas if I’m going to be using it more.

Theres no power loss or something with the ecu when u have no cat? Or do a full exhaust system ?

The 750 will have a dead spot from 3 to 5k rpms doing this. Yes you can tune it out, but a tune is 295, and if he's doing this then im sure he don't care about a tune

@@CarsByMo unfortunately that bike got impounded by the Indian soy boy police and then it was crushed it was making 342hp last time I dinoed it and went up to 409km

@ibot-u3s what if you do a full exhaust? You lose power? Or will it run weird because now there's no cat? Can you really keep stock exhaust and just put a "muffler" on? "Slip on"

@@LedosGarage slip on is ok in evry way if its not cheap ebay or aliexpress exhaust , if you are looking for full system (again not cheap one ) you need get your ecu tune to get correct AFR . Mods like on this movie gives only "better" sound and you will losse some HP at some RPM range , its highly possible that ECU tuner will geting some problems with HP gains with this crap .
