My girlfriend was sweet enough to buy the new exhaust I wanted for my birthday! What more could a guy ask for? ;) Anyways, I wanted to give a good sound comparison test for you all to hear. Hope you enjoy. =)

For such a short exhaust it sounds reasonable . My biggest problem with the stock one is that I can't remove the passenger pegs, but I don't want it too loud.

same year same bike but i ran just without a slip on, and now i have cut the cat and no muffler. So open headers and it sound loud af like moto gp. not everyones style but i personally love it.

Not surprised you went for the 750! They are the perfect wheelie machine. In my opinion at least. That is one perfect looking machine. Making me want to go down to see what they'll give me for my machine. I put so much money in it I just can't bring myself to trade it in. So it is actually quieter with the cat still on????I just put a 2 bros on my ZX10R but it's a cat delete system and I hated it the moment I started the bike. WAAAAY too loud to feel comfortable on the street. I saw some Yosh systems (I think) that are cat-back and thought I would try that but I hate to have to spend more dough. Specially if all the sound suppressing is in the muffler and not some in the cat too.

I have an m4 on my bike the factory exhausts are actually really good on these modern sport bikes. Well the stock exhaust works perfect with the stock tune. If they were so fucking ugly I would have left mine on. Did you flash it or tun it? When I put the m4 on mine it ran really lean until I got a tune

And you sold it mine came with white side wall than left with yellow looked nice but sold mine for a truck ! An Dodge 1500 Burgundy with the grey bottom paint matching leer cap with black tube frames for ladders ect. than havent had a bike since but quads for all year round I road bikes all year but need major baffle or will crack the block in the winter on a bike sucking that freezing cold air up into the head and stuff but I miss riding a bike so much !

Hey Salt, I just ordered an M4 GP slip-on for my new '22 GSX-R750. Have you experienced any F1 code issues with yours? I keep reading about issues folks have with exhausts throwing a code and the need for a Servo Buddy kind of plug-in to avoid same. In all the M4/GSX-R750 vids I've seen, including yours, I don't see it mentioned but thought I'd ask before my install. Thanks and keep up the great work! Your vids are super helpful.

Hey man, I never had an FI like come on after the M4 slip on install, but I did have it throw that code after I took the headers off because I had to replace my oil drain pan bc of a leaking oil drain bolt (my fault) but once I put the headers back on I had to reinstall the O2 sensor and then the FI light would come on like 2-3 times per year, not very often at all. All I have to do is take the key out and put it back in and bam the light goes away. But never had that issue for the first 2-3 years of only installing the slip on.

the GSX-R750 has a B mode that is less power and smoother shifts but likely 600 power, but that KTM RC390 is one sexy bike =]

Wouldn't recommend it man, if you know how to drive manual transmission you're gonna get real bored of the 300.. I have had a ninja 300 for four months and I'm bored as shit with the power.. I would suggest to not spend your money on a beginner bike.. Just my two cents.

It doesnt mess up the bike. It just gives you a new feel from it. From the old boring stock to "pretty" loud one. As far as I know, you don't need a reprogram/remap unless you're getting a full exhaust system.

Very nice, you probably already know this, but its never going to be at its loudest with the CAT can on the bottom. A full cat delete would make the bike just stupid loud and back fires :)
