I had an 07 for about 7 years. Not a terrible bike but yes too heavy. The 2nd gear issue was common.

Have the VK2. You get used to the weight a bike for the HWY. I like it

2017 m109r boss owner here. Yeah at 5'6" the bike it big for me. But I work out and learn more everyday. Love the weight as I slice through the wind. It will be my last bike.

Lovely sounding engine. The most torque of any production bike when it came out. p.s. don't park near drains, if you drop your keys or phone you know where it's going.

I've had a few fat tire cruisers, didn't care for them either. A 200 in the rear is the max if you ask me, anything more is just too much, 180 is perfect. I have never found the flyin V riding position comfortable nor confidence inspiring.

Ich liebe meine 1800. Sie ist schwer, ja aber an das Gewicht muss man sich gewöhnen dann ist es nur noch schön damit zu fahren.
