Suzuki Jimny Side Indicators (JB74)

A quick video for anyone interested in changing the stock indicators (side markers, blinkers whatever you call them 😊) on the new Jimny.
I chose the smoke lens style but they're also available in a clear lens that may work better on most colour Jimny's.
I prefer the lens of the Revier ones and the shape of the Vulcans. One of the Revier indicators started to let water in so I ordered the Vulcans to try. I'm sure I can easily seal them if I decide to revert back.

Nice, i bought the revier clears. Not the best fit, but they look great and do hold in place. I also bought clear front indicators too. 👍

Yeah I do like the look of them most. Wouldn’t have changed if not for it letting some water in. Kind of wish I’d gone clear too though instead of smoke.

Do you have any idea if the original bulb is replaceable, without replacing the whole housing?

You pop the casing out from one side with a plastic trim tool and I believe the bulb twists out from the housing 👍

Hey mate, I bought mine from Rakuten direct from Japan. Took around 7 days but works out more expensive than eBay as you often get hit with Taxes and customs fees. At the time there were no options on eBay.

@@GeordieJimny Thanks:) Just got mine today, they are cool. Did you install the resistors on the front ones? I tried without and they seemed to work fine? I didn't get any instructions and couldnt figure out what to do with them anyway

Munt Stick assume you mean the front indicators? hooked mine to the live wire of the headlights. You don’t need to though but just means they shine white with the headlights or DRL whichever you hook the white wires too.
