The raptor 250 is small quad but does rip and has great suspension if you get the 2011 raptor 250r modle they have gas shocks fully adjusted but the quad is more for a smaller person and has a clutch .

The Honda TRX 250 is a pretty tame bike also. My son rides his moms TRX 250 also and likes it just as much. 🙂

You can Definitely get hurt on the LTZ.....that front end is Wide on tighter trails!!....the power band is pretty aggressive for a 250 also.

The ltz250 makes almost double the hp that trx makes and both are pretty much bulletproof...

hi is there a size difference between the ltz 250 and ltz 400

400 is a little bigger then the 250 and the 400 has a longer wheelbase. Either bike will support an adult tho.

semiautomatic, you still need to shift thru the gears but has no hand clutch to engage to shift gears.

@@lt-z-quadnation6644 okay thanks I’m trying to decide whether I want to go with the 2007 Honda trx250 or go with the Suzuki. I’m trying to learn clutch, any good ideas you have?

@@thetrainmaster.100 I prefer the Suzuki 250 over the Honda any day, more power and a more solid machine. Honestly if you want to learn a clutch the Honda isn’t really going to give you that clutch feel to help you learn as it’s just not the same. I would just jump into a bike with a clutch and learn that way. Possibly just go with a Suzuki LTZ 400. Suzuki’s have a throttle limit screw to help you learn by limiting the throttle till you’re ready for full power plus the bigger bike will give you a lot more growing room for years down the road and you won’t need to buy another bike eventually. 🙂

The one on mine is a DG performance rack but isn’t the correct one as it only fits in 2 bolt holes. This company should have some for that bike. These guys make some great stuff, same company that makes the nerf bars for my LTZ-250’s. No disc brake on the rears just drum brakes and disc on fronts. Honda TRX250EX is the same way.
