I have it, i used to have Yamaha, this keyless System is very unsafe and caused me many safety issues. When you are on a boat you need to be able to turn the key and run away if there’s a danger, here there are too many eventual issues. 1. Battery, it may be down, engine doesn’t start 2. You’ll need to insert 6 digit code… not safe in emergency situation 3. Kids turn engines on, very dangerous, it happened everybody 4. If you put the key fob in the cup holder, close to the screen, a phone over the key blocks the signal, unsafe… In conclusion, based on my 30 years boating experience, in a boat when you need to run away, you can’t have electronic procedures, you need to be able to turn the key and go away, immediately. If you want to be cool and do really good electronics learn from Tesla, they know how to do this…

Hi. I have a 2022 90hp with the keyless start. How do you program the backup code, incase you drop the fob overboard.

DONT BUY THIS ! same as suzuki keyless start system on Swift car = FAILURE and very expensive to repair
