Man this is a great idea those RZR guys can suck it! It'll piss them off you keeping up with them in you $1,000 (or whatever you spent) and they spent $30,000 and yours is just as good. Great job. My son brought one of these home some years back it had the dual tranys for ultra low to rock climb and an exoskeleton cage it was bad ass but I didn't know about them back then and I never even played with it but he traded it for a nice Toyota 4x4 any way this makes me want one thanks for sharing.

That's exactly my plan! Dirt cheap fun that I couldn't give a shit about! It'll be interesting to see what it weighs, I've got a 1000cc crotch rocket engine that I might try init aswell....

That'll be awesome, the samurai's turned out good but the motor is so gutless, wish we'd started with something with a bit more poke!

is the differential welded both front and rear?
@marktgsxr4 жыл бұрын
Just the rear, wanted to be able to steer it! Would be nice to put an arb in the front but thatd cost more than the whole build!

Yes, we put a big radiator in the back but not had time to plumb it in so it was still running on the stock front radiator!

What was the materials cost?
@marktgsxr3 жыл бұрын
Not alot, about $300 on cheap tube, some weld wire and gas, the samurai I got for $300! The 4.16 transfer case I made by welding gears... The whole thing was just under $800.... Dirt cheap fun!
