How did you take all of that out?

You have to remove the window first slide it out on 2 screws then the black bar that holds the small back glass in place it has 3 screws 2 in door one in very top under the rubber then should slide up and out then the back little glass has to come out think it has 2 screws too holding it on don't forget your window rubber molding has to come off too at beginning let me know if you need anything else !
