Suzuki TS50, Assembling Carburetor --- Video

First of all, hello, I am Semih, I need help, I have a Suzuki TS 50x, I renewed everything from start to finish, the story of the engine is long, I cannot adjust the carburetor, the engine chokes and stops when it starts, can you help me with the adjustment?😅

The Suzuki TS50X is a completly different bike and engine from the earlier TS50 I have. I've never worked on a 50X so I have no experience with this machine. Also, I don't have the settings or specifications for this engine. However, based on what you've shared there appares to be a carburetor issue. First off, if you don't have service manual, you should get one. If it was mine, I'd start over with the carb. I'd remove it, disassemble it complete and do a deep clean. If you used an aftermarket carb kit with new jets, I'd clean the original brass parts and put them back in. Carb kits often for having incorrect jets (size). I'd also check the float level to make sure it's set to factory specs as well as all other adjustments, such as low speed jet, etc. All these settings are found in a service manual. Good luck...
