Bought mine new in 02 still a great running machine 22 years later only issue I had was with carb and that was on me for letting it sit and not being ridden

Just bought one with the same issue. Hope you got it all buttoned up. I'll be doing a video on it sometime next month once I get all of the parts. mine is missing the gearing etc also. smh. Great video

@jamesbryant2704 Is it still running alright? Roughly how much did that end up costing you? I'm 99% sure the one we have has the same problem... just gotta tear it apart and inspect how bad it is.

Don’t keep on cranking it and let the starter completely stop before trying to crank again If you don’t it will break this peace of…. Let the stater cool a tad before each crank and you’ll not break it 😊 Seen it done by a owner myself
