The best thing and solution is our mounting of batteries in trunk. I think car will run for long drive. I like it. I wish that you should wash the motor room first before mounting the motors.

This is possible.....but not advisable 😊 The boot space is not available for spare wheel and luggage 😊. It's okay but the Zen 's original design technically doesn't allow the modification... This modification is open for so many technical objections. Anyway good efforts put in .😊

bahot ache bahot ache, great wonderful work, anyhow what wud be the solution of washing the engine bay means, not suitable in rainy reason, kindly protect with the shield under the hud as well as down the front bay, provide water proofing and heat proofing in indian summers.

Due to absence of Engine oil.. you can just clean it via Air blower only.. and about heat proofing... its air cool that's why as the speed increase.. it automatically cooles it.

Please don't use aluminum Strips for Batteries, because on bumping roads the battery terminals will be broken , always use flexible wire jumpers with proper lugs

From the looks, it appears that you are using Lead acid batteries. In this day and age, this is very counter productive because Lead acid batteries cannot even come close to the energy density of even LiFePO cells.

Use vehicle approved motors and all batteries and equipment which are electric vehicle approved and brother those are approved by vehicle act so thats are safe to drive. I am livin in canada but really i see this motor first time coz these motors are not approved.
