Have been a huge fan of Suzy's for decades now! Saw her once in a room of only about 100 people from only yards away - she was smashing, gracious and the consummate professional - so nice to talk to everyone afterwards on a freezing cold February Tuesday night in Simpsonville, KY love the scenery in this video, the cityscape and the early spring Dogwood and Azalea blossoms, the "newly minted green" leaves on the trees, the Peace sign earrings... Aces randomly popped into my head recently. From 1991 to 2021 when this was released her voice hasn't changed a bit. I love how it isn't raspy, distorted or twangy. It's clean. It's pure. It's... Suzy. No other voice is like hers.

Love this, never made the circuit's, never attempted to record except for my self. But spent many of lonely songs driving down lost highways. Never knowing where I was headed but hurt lonely and way to blue. Words came naturally spur of the moment dozens of songs sprung from deep within for to many years. But I loved it, had a few choice friends I use to sing for and they loved it. Use to sing on the CB radio a bit, mostly they loved it. Gave a few songs away to a friend. At 75 I still sing a bit all day long but new stuff seems not to want to flow yet onward I go. Can not listen to to many sad songs anymore It hurts to much way down deep within, but when I do I pick up the mouth harp and usually fiddle a medley or so. Thanks for the company on an old mans soul. Love it. Never stop.

But the somewhat disquieting truth is that it's at war with itself now and I don't recognize it. The only peace sign is the one your wearing on your ear lobe. You titled your new album " Praying for Sunshine" because it would have been too blunt and obvious to title it: " Praying for Sanity"., which is what it means. LOVE the album......
