I don't know what has happened to kercher products ? I have had them my whole adult life they used to be quality, but I have lost faith in Karcher they always seem to break down. If I get over 1 year, I am lucky. I have owned 7 of the steam mops from sc1 up . I have even had two of the window vacuum cleaners, and they both broke within months, too. Both jus stopped charging, so problems with batteries. The Sc1 and sc2 &3 all seem to have problems with the tank. One of them the steam release valve on top broke which was a headache, too. Again, I loved Karcher as a brand, so I don't wish to speak badly of them. I just have no confidence purchasing the SC7 even though I want to. I hope Karcher redeem their reputation they once had with this product.

Sadly mine did not steam from day 1 on.

I have the same one. First green light blinks and keeps blinking. The other 3 don’t come on. Any ideas?

Keep pressing the button on the handle. The power will go up while the remaining lights turn on one before another. Stop pressing when happy with the power. To go back to the lightest power, keep pressing while at the highest power. Hope it helps.
