The acoustic calibrator comes with the svan971 ? what if i don't have one?

Hi Kimberley, unfortunately none of the sound level meters will come with a calibrator as standard as the calibrators are often shared with other meters. We can offer to quote the calibrator as part of the whole deal when purchasing. For formal quote, please contact us via www.acu-vib.com.au.

if i chanche the mic, do i have to calibrate the svan971 again? or the svan save the previus configuration and i dont need to do anything else?

Hi Kimberley, if the microphone is changed, the original certification is void and the new paring will have to go through the whole calibration process, whether it is an Accredited 61672:3 or a self-acoustic calibration.
