Driving on the Panshan Road connected by 19 tunnels - Diecai Cave in Yuntai Mountain - 4K HDR
Diecai Tunnel is located in Xiuwu County, Henan Province, at the southern foot of Taihang Mountain. It is a highway tunnel leading to Yuntai Mountain Scenic Area. There are 19 tunnels of different sizes along the way. The total length of the pure tunnel is 4831 meters, and the average slope rises by 5 meters per 100 meters. , with a height difference of 912 meters. The most important thing is that there are 7 U-shaped tunnels on the same mountain, seven consecutive 180-degree turns, and spiral climbing from low to high to continuously climb the 150-meter-high cliff. The Diecai Cave began to be planned and designed in 1965, and it took 10 years to complete the construction by the people of Xiuwu from 1977 to 1987. On September 27, 2014, Diecai Cave was included in the Guinness World Records of Shanghai, and Cha Minhua, director of the Guinness Council of Shanghai Great World, issued the certificate of "Most Guinness in the World".

I almost don't believe this road. How they even figured out the route and then built it. Amazing. What is the building on top of the mountain that the cable car goes to? I visited China for 6 weeks in 2015 when I was 70 years old and I loved it. Now nearly 80 I can only watch on KZbin thanks to people like you. Thankyou very much.

Does it rain and snow in the area during the Winter period? I see pebbles and stones heaped up in some of the corners barred by beams of wall. I can see your SUV with cameras on top in one of the tunnels cast the silhouette on the wall. I imagine before now that all your cameras are inside of your vehicle. I really enjoy this drive.
