Does Radius 42 have the same jet cleaning ability as the SVEA 123/R? I don't recall it having the small needle element.

Good question! 👏 Radius 42, Primus 71, Optimus 80 and Svea 123(no R) do not have internal cleaning needles. They rely on the old tried-and-true hand-held external cleaning needles. Usually sold in a pack of three, these "old school" cleaning needles are just small slips of sheet metal with a piece of wire crimped in one end. Also called "prickers". For a modern example of a stove without an internal cleaning needle that uses an external hand-held cleaning needle, think Primus Omnifuel. There's a fold-out pricer on the multi-tool that comes with the Omnifuel. All the hand-held external prickers work just fine. 👍 BD
