What an amazingly kind gesture that only Liverpool fans and Scousers could do. They literally ARE the best football supporters in the World and have been for the last 60 years. Sporting, hard, fair , honest, humorous and more proud of their City than anywhere in England. I thank the Lord every day that the boy I sat next to in school 50 years ago supported Everton 😃

Well two or three things Liverpool fans do. 100% it does spoil their reputation a lot. People of today are sick of the spoiling of cup finals atmosphere due to making the people of today taking the DEFICIT from what Margaret Thatcher said. Sure she Referred to fans was guilty of HYSELS .Some fans have admitted on tv . Fans who didnt participate are not thugs so Even I understood it was those who participated WAS THUGS. Unfair SOME LFC FANS SUPPORTER they say they dont need fans from outside of Liverpool well that's hypocrisy. Some season ticket holders sell certain matches So if you have Liverpool shirts sold ALL OVER THE WORLD YOU HAVE PLAYERS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES who have relatives that come and see them play.what about the AMERICANS WHO OWN the CLUB? PUT MONEY IN TO BUY PLAYERS . SO WHY DONT they GET SCOUSERS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM IN THE CLUB . MANAGER COACHES PLAYERS ETC. GET A SCOUSER TO BUY THE CLUB. . . I've found the booing a disgrace

@@erniescullion8452 I think it probably works out that only 5 or 6 per cent of Liverpool's home support, at Anfield, are Liverpool residents. You mention season tickets being sold but, in 2020, only 21 per cent of Liverpool's season tickets were in L and Wirral (CH) postcodes - an area of 1.4 million to Liverpool's 0.5 million. In 1987, club secretary Peter Robinson said they estimated that about 50 per cent of their home support came from outside a 30-mile radius. Blackpool and Rhyl are a few miles within that, and it's about the distance from Manchester.
