Svinjska rebra i svinjski vrat ispod sača - crepulje 👨‍🍳 spremanje hrane ispod sača

Spremanje hrane ispod sača - crepulje - Svinjska rebra ispod sača
Sastojci:
1kg svinjskih rebra
600g svinjskog vrata
150g slanine
2kg krompira
5 gl.crnog luka
5 čenova belog luka
1/2 ljute papričice
3 šargarepe
2 paprike
3 kašike masti
0,7l vode
2 kašičice aleve paprike
So
I Sač se namaže sa mašću.
II Svinska rebra, vrat i slanina se slože u tepsiju,
pre toga meso se posoli. Peče se otvoreno 20 - 30 min.
III Meso se izvadi, sipa se voda i stave se krompiri posoljeni i
ostalo povće. Meso se stavi preko po vrhu, a zatim se stavi
poklopac i peče se tako još 15 minuta. Doda se aleva paprika.
IV Na sač se stavi metalni prsten i onda žar.
Peče se još oko 45minuta.

@@SimpleMealPrep pa,svatko ima svoje metode i radi kako voli ,ali ovo prženje na početku inače nije standard kod pripreme sača...poanta je da se sač što manje otvara tijekom pečenja,meso i povrće se napola peče a napola kuha dok ne bude mekano ,a na kraju se zapeče da zarumeni
