If he dares marry another woman while legally married to you, he could be charged with polygamy, which is not allowed in many western countries. The side chick is just happy she has your husband to herself at your expense. You got the man his papers after you had children with him. Now he is showing his true intentions. He married you for papers not love. Free yourself by putting him on child support. He will learn a lot. I know a 2 friend in a similar situation. 1, man married another woman in Ghana whilst his wife and children are in the US and introduce her as sister in-law to GH wife. This means the USA wife knows husband is married but the other woman has no clue 😅. 2, Wife and children are in GH and husband married another woman in US for inkranta and also introduced his GH wife as sister to the one in US.

If the man hasn't gotten his documents yet she should go to the authorities as soon as possible to make them aware he's started the process of marrying another woman and that she believes he only stayed with her to get documents, she can then ask them to put the process of getting his documentation on hold or cancel it totally. Better if she has some voice recordings of the man admitting to marrying another woman and the fact that getting documents was at least part of the reason why he stayed with her for this long. The marriage can then even be annulled as a sham marriage. And he won't get his documents. If the marriage isn't annulled she can also sue the woman in Ghana for alienation of affection (speak to a Ghanaian lawyer if Ghana has this law, US has it). Good luck, nkwasia buo yeya.
