This is one of a number of frequencies featuring all sorts of markers, looped songs, and other oddities run from naZi ruZZia, likely connected with their war effort in Ukraine.
In this example, on 7546 kHz USB, they broadcast a rock version of ruZZian national anthem by nationalist (naZi?) punk rock band, Lyube. However, the loop breaks abruptly soon after i get around to tune it, as initially I was looking at the RTTY signal also on 7546 kHz, center frequency. Some splatter from the RTTY's upper tone was interfering with the Lyube anthem.
While I cut this recording about half a minute after the switch-off of the signal, I did wait about 10 minutes for either a resumption or a changeover to one of the other types of signals naZis use: short pips, so-called Stalingrad Ticking Clock, or another "patriotic" song. These can be found on frequencies like 5780, 6218, 6230, 6402, 6911, and 9310 kHz, and perhaps a few more.
The exact objectives of these transmissions are just a guess: music might be aimed at boosting morale of naZi soldiers in Ukraine, while pips may serve as both channel markers and a way of active radiolocation - if more than one transmitter site are used. Yet, a general assumption is that they come from Kerro Massiv, near Moscow, same site as used by The Buzzer on 4625 kHz.
Some even suggest that all these markers are run by a pirate. So many?!
