His sacrifice is what led to the clones fighting so hard they basically had the war won . If only he was there to stop order 66 . Then he really would have made a difference . But in some way he did . For even in death his power still lives on , the rebels the new republic . It all wouldn’t have happened if he hadn’t done what he was breed for . No . What he was . What he was chosen for . The vary gods of the star wars universe saw him as one of them . His death is and will forever be the birth of a god . Not just any god , but god 99 . WHAT DO YOU SAY MEN !

Hey my recommendation came through. 99 was such a beloved character. He only appeared in 2-3 episodes and despite who he was and his limitations, he still fought, and when necessary die for the republic. He was like the calm grandpa everyone should have in their life who helps you when you are down.

It really does blow my mind that a character that was ONLY IN 2 FRICKIN EPISODES made such a huge impact and who is to many their favorite clone. It really does show you how good and the people who worked on the clone wars really are. Something I always say that to me sumes up 99s character is "he lived a reject and died a soldier" rest in peace 99 🫡

Damn, I was not prepared for this. Ouch. I didn't even realize until now how much 99 was on screen or talked about in TCW, but seeing it all compiled here in a cohesive way makes his story feel even sadder. He was the big brother all the clones deserved! It's so great to see a tribute for him, especially one by the best Clone Wars editor on KZbin. There's not much I can say about the stellar composition of this vid that I haven't said before, but yeah. It's beautiful and impactful as always! I'll be forwarding you the therapy bills lol. This is a beautiful channel. I was 8 years old when the first Star Wars came out in 1977. Loved it and then loved TESB even more. ROTJ was ok but a little disappointing. Then Phantom Menace sucked, that was it for me. Never gave Star Wars another thought. But lately Andor rekindled my love for Star Wars. Now I am watching Clone Wars and it is so, so good. Looking forward to The Mandalorian. These videos are beautiful. Thank you for sharing them.

Any big mighty man of valor can bonk someone with a closed fist over the top of their head, that's not bravery in the slightest. But to be weak, to be defective because of something and still be willing to put up a fight. That's real courage to be afraid, to be nearly powerless, but to summon what strength you have to go to battle against the ones. Who seek to destroy what you love That's courage.
