Awesome videos! By any chance you can mention what bat each player is swinging. You’d be the real MVP🙌🙌🙌 Just figured your saying each of the bats in your head as they get into the box. I know I do.

Interesting. One thing I never pay attention to is bats or what bats someone swings so I honestly don't know even though I see these players play like 20 tournaments a year.

They do. I have played in a couple and they are a blast. They don't happen often though.

@@I_Eat_Meat12345 Yes, it is much more like baseball. If you miss hit, the bat won't bail you out. It can be pretty humbling for some guys. That said, a good hitter is still going to hit the ball well with a wood bat. But yes, lots of fun, alot more emphasis on defence. I also see alot more walks in wood bat softball. You have to be more selective with pitches and only take a cut at ones that are in your wheelhouse.

@@I_Eat_Meat12345 It is a blast! Different, more balanced game and you don't have to worry about shaved bats or failing bats. .52 COR balls will fly off a wood bat if you do your part. You should keep your eye out for a wood bat tourney and put a team in. You could also put a local tourney on yourself. I have been considering doing that myself. :)

Upper level softball is like college football. You have Major, AA, A, and B level teams.

The word is they will start the season with the Pro M and the new 240 bat compression standard so they think the less hot bats will help with the liveliness of the Pro M. We shall see.

I don't think the bat standard changes for rec or league play. The old 220 bats are still grandfathered in until they break. But new bats made will be 240 bats.

Why arent there any native americans on these teams ? Lotsa good players that are nvr given a chance

I believe a few played on Seminoles this year out of Oklahoma who just missed making the Major World Series and also Geno Buck who played for them at the end of the season.
