Roast Chicken Recipe In Hindi - रोस्ट चिकन | Roasted In Pressure Cooker | Swaad Anusaar With Seema

Chef Seema shows you the easy way to make the most yummiest and tempting chicken starter at home, with just few cooker whistles enjoy the delicious roasted chicken. So watch and learn how to make Roast Chicken at home only on Swaad Anusaar.
Ingredients
- Thigh and Leg chicken piece
- 3-4 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
-1/2 cup of yogurt / curd
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp ajwain powder
- 1 tsp jeera (cumin) powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- tandoori colour
- Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp oil
- puree of 3 tomatoes
Method
- Cut through the thigh and leg of the chicken pieces
- Apply ginger garlic paste, curd, salt, red chilli powder, ajwain powder,cumin powder, garam masala,tandoori color, coriander leaves and oil
- Keep it aside for 2 hours
- Add some oil, tomato puree, salt, red chilli powder, jeera powder, garam masala, coriander leaves and the marinated chicken.
- Cover the cooker and let it cook for 2 whistle on low flame.
- Cook it on low flame for more five minutes
- Roast it over the flame
- Roast Chicken is ready to be served
