SWAC Football Stadiums!

The "Vet" (Mississippi Memorial Stadium) the home of Jackson State University (JSU), seats 60,000 people. I'm an alum of JSU and a bit tired of people implying that Deion Sanders stint as HC is the reason the JSU Tigers had a full stadium of fans. Not true, before Deion Sanders ever showed up on JSU campus as the coach, we averaged between 40,000 to 60,000 people at our foot- ball games and proud of that fact. We have a loyal fan base and take pride in our univer- sity, our students, our atheletes and our community in Jackson, MS...... This is my opinion and I do not speak for any university. "THEE I ❤ " 🐅 "Go JSU Tigers" !!!

Once again great work and love the content. Bethune-Cookman's stadium no longer hosts the NAIA national championship. That stadium also used to host car races which is why the concrete wall is still around it. Grambling hosted the NAIA national championship for a couple of years before the game was moved elsewhere. Thank you.

Tuskegee grad here as all were on mom's side, paternal grandparents graduated from PVAMU and Howard...you did an excellent job as my school is not D1 so I didn't always get to see these stadiums you showed while at school in the mid 00's. Have you covered the MEAC? Again, great Job!
