Incredibly abusive. This causes hip dysplasia. The swaddle is to tight. Especially on lower extremities.

Use tin foil or Saran wrap to really get a good wrap.

poor baby ...looks like the mother saw some swaddling videos on youtube and is trying to make one herself at the cost of her baby's discomfort. it's clear that the baby is not used to being swaddled this way

You are hurting him putting his/her legs out straight. Babies legs are not straight and they develop as the baby does. This baby hates confinement. Please reconsider doing this.
