1/2 चम्मच जीरा पाउडर
2 चुटकी काली मिर्च पाउडर
1 चुटकी कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 बड़ा चम्मच मटन मसाला
1/2 चम्मच गरम मसाला
खड़े मसले -
जीरा एक चम्मच
2 तेज पत्ता
2 सुखी लाल मिर्च
लॉन्ग इलाइची जायत्री
नमक तेल पानी स्वाद अनुसार
