Buddha, Mahavir and many such great people have given this knowledge thousands of years ago. Why do we get convinced about the same thing only when a western person tell us. What we have is more profound and complete. It is like re-inventing the wheel when it is already there in the store room. Nothing wrong in reading such such books as long as they are inspiring.
