Thanks for the info. Was wondering how you set the length. You explained it well with the 3" on center measurement.

If you are interested, then perhaps you might take a peek at the Handtuber Offset Calculator which can be used to quickly work out offset measurements for instrument and copper tubing in both inches and millimeters.

Handtuber just use multipliers. 1.41 for 45, 2.00 for 30, 3.86 for 15.. that should conquer all your offset needs

@@jonesingaround3260 What do you do with those multipliers? All of these videos are helpful, but none of them assume the audience is a true beginner, so I'm kind of lost. For that second bend, did he measure 3" from outside of tubing or from center? It looked like his tape was crooked, couldn't tell exactly where he measured from, but to him it was obvious lol

When you measured for the second bend, did you start your measurement from the back of the first 90 or the center of the first 90. It looked like the tape was on the back of the 90.

TO THE CENTER OF FIRST 90. ALWAYS CENTER TO CENTER OR CENTER TO END OR END TO END.

Where can you purchase the Swagelok tubing bender?
@Flaconalgon6 жыл бұрын
at any swagelok store or on eBay, or on the Facebook market, just depends if you want them new or used ... theres no such thing as a work out bender though, they last forever and they sell rebuild kits for them at the swagelok store if you ever break a bolt

Just use the mark left of the 45 degree mark. Use a 2.00 multiplier.
@eliasjrleon7245 жыл бұрын
Multiplier 2.0 for 30 degree bend mark multiplier for loss is x1/4 inch gives you you’re loss
