Rhodes thanks bro! Yeah that's what got me into hip hop aka Underground hip hop. It was artist like 3rd Bass and KMD and now the MC from KMD is known as "MF DOOM". I have a lot of fan-made cartoon mashups featuring my favorites post the KMD era featuring His music on this channel. Actually my older sister was this huge Underground head in the 80's and early 90's when I was in middle school. I was exposed this whole new universe of quality artists/music from underground rock, house music, trip hop, underground hip hop, acid jazz, funk, blues, rare grooves, elevator music, etc. I try to mix it up with all types of genres with these uploads. I'm even a fan of country music. I just try to share these classics in a way that appeals to all types of fans. :)

Tyler Coswell this news hurt so bad but I'm so proud all these tributes were done when MF DOOM was alive. He was the first hip hop artist I was a fan. My favorite emcee and His music got me through my teens, high school, and 20's. It's unreal that all my GOAT favorite artist have now passed. Sad I won't ever hear a new DOOM joint again. Man was a true artist a visionary in his craft. Listening to sunbeams when he passed and all his slum village joints I felt the same then as I do now. This fan edit/tribute was all for the true DOOM fans out there like you Tyler Coswell, and all the fans who requested this recently on the KMD - sorcerers tribute. I'm just glad God blessed me with the concept/idea for the spin that night. I loved "RED AND GOLD" since 98' when it first came out. Its surreal seeing this finally shared and uploaded myself, cause for years I didn't know if I could make this tribute happen. Finally the timing was right and everything clicked like it was destined to be made. RED AND GOLD is like a story, so I wanted this fan edit to be like DOOM's telling the story to us, while taking Archer along for the ride lol. The anesthetics and the night scenes I thought fit perfectly to the track. I also liked how that character's face is wrapped up like Viktor Vaughn/Doctor DOOM in Marvel comics lore. Special shot out to Bobbito's Fondle 'em Records, madd respect Tyler Coswell. MF DOOM salute once again!

Aye I dedicated this edit tribute to u in the video's description salute fam, big ups. One day I want to do a Quasimoto, but I just need the right concept and flip. MF DOOM forever however, and its awesome to know that there's other fans of DOOM that loved this track so much. Where I'm from Tyler most don't know about this stuff, so its like being home hearing from other souls that these classics affected in a profound way. This takes me back to good times, when I used to stay up til 4am listening to my favorite college underground show back n tha day. RED AND GOLD was one of the most highly requested joints and sort of a late nite underground anthem at the time.
