This song make me think of child's innocence and this crazy fast paced world. The girls responses make me think of her seeing this grown up world and not being able to understand it, she's frightened of it. Her response "They were kids that I once knew" is try to saying , everyone loses this innocence and becomes this cold hearted ignorant , mean person who cant stop and enjoy the gift of life and be kind to each other just because. This song helps me not lose sight of just being a good person and try to preserve this little bit of innocence I have left. This is my take on this song, it really speaks to me. Hendersin keep up the great work man !!
