This video is so wonderful. Such a blissful "moment" in time to watch this video. Swami Kriyananda is so wise. I feel much love for him, as for Paramahansa Yogananda, who in his turn loved Jesus so much and tried to teach us in the west what Jesus really wanted to say to us; how to find God by meditation and go in the footsteps of his. Go into the wilderness from medulla oblongata to the pineal gland. We will certainly be tested = tempted, which you can't be if you are not temptable. And the whole idea is to overcome our desires and attachments to worldly things. Thank you, thank you for this video! /Erik

I am listening to Swamiji again today. He says that we do not have freewill to decide even the color of Tie we are wearing! That is an amazing statement. I am not sure I am totally convinced. If there is no freewill, then everything happens by destiny. It is then somebody's destiny to turn to God or not!

All lifeforms on the planet are in conflict with one another and in a great battle for survival. Life is a battlefield. Do not get me wrong I am all for peace but I think these people have taken it to far. I have not seen a "guru" yet who would talk about the importance and role of warrior archetype? Not how to overcome it but how to use it in life. The same is with ego: it is the false self and I know I am not as developed as any of these masters BUT THERE MUST BE A REASON WE HAVE IT or else nature would taken it out. I think that ultimate bliss for man would be if he would be able to come back in to the security of the garden but unfortunate we have left the garden for ever.

He has videos on this topic. The roe of the will, the purpose of suffering , etc. The warrior archetype is for standing up against injustice and bad philosophy. It’s called being a Shambala spirit warrior. Being a warrior for higher consciousness. The pinnacle of higher conscious being that the ego is so developed as to realize it’s own perfect integration with infinity. The fully developed ego- say in the form of Christ or a great master, is essentially no different then an act of god upon the earth. Near pure goodness incarnated. Now that’s a trip 🤓
