Even I'm quitting my drug addiction by the spritual force of the swami. Even I lose my control and become upset I just hear the golden words of the swamiji and upanishads about the power of habit. When I heard about atma and habits I sensed it's not important how much to use heroin but I no more be calmed like past something inside me says you are fooling yourself I have become the slave of my habit. If only I had heard these golden words 20 years ago I broke up with my love just because I was numb and unaware. Now I remember swami words again😉 he said dont slip into past and starting to say if only! Oh bros and sisters no matter what is your language and race all vedanta corresponds to any human exactly no matter I'm Iranian because what he says as if he is telling to me😮 when we dump our bank card and identification papers what remains is exactly the same I'm sure .thanks god I know a little English and I came across vedantic speeches 🙏🏼🙏🏼 nothing else helped me

at 1:24:00 One person asked question about Sound in head !! And I think swami misinterpreted that question !! Person was asking about the sound that comes deeper beyond mind and intellect which can be audible when we close our ears and also in most silent environment !! That might sound confusing because If we are listening a sound in silence then how could we call it a sound !! So It is technically not a sound !! In my opinion - It is our reality - It is who we really are - You can call it god !! What's your opinion ? Reply This Comment !!

When you say ``I" am listening to the lectures, who is that real person listening? That is the consciousness inside you, which is the Atman. So you are not different from the Atman that is enjoying the lecture. Hope that helps.

The Brahman is present, it is the witness to whatever one does, but remains unaffected by joy or sorrow. Joy, sorrow are in the realm of mind and intellect. Brahman is beyond these "vikaras" (even if that joy might be due to devotional song recitation). This is my understanding which may not be the right thing. The nature of the Atman is better understood by the narration by Uddalak in Chhandogyopnishad where he gives numerous examples / similes of the presence of Atman to his son Shwetketu.

Om ushan ha vai vajshravasah sarvavedasang dadau. This opening line of kathopanishad tells that according to the terms of the Yajna, Rishi vajshravas , the father of Nachiketa had sacrificed everything he had. He had nothing else other than the old, useless cows to give to the priests . So he was not a cheat in anyway. But he had his most precious attachment left - his son. So Swamiji, why do you call him a "cheat"?

Shri Krishna didn’t selected his teachings around 10*Upanishads, instead Adishankracharya Jee selected Upnishads that were close to Krishna teachings of Bhagvad Gita for our benefit. And let’s suppose if you think Krishna selected Gita teachings from the 10*Upnishads then what - he is the source of all Vedas and essence of all Vedas/Upnishads is Only to know about him. He must have done it for us - Krishna is Supreme Truth / Parabrahman / Bhagvan / Allah / Vaheguru / etc so everything he says or does is mystic! Read Adhishankara Jee’s Gita Mahatmaya last verse, he summed all his life commentary in this one verse only for humanity. Now it’s up to us to follow or ignore his message out of our ignorance spread by many impersonalists / ignorant preachers. Thanks for the efforts though!
