Welcome to the third episode of my VLOG "Life of a Modern Monk". In this episode I take you along during my one week visit to Glasgow in Scotland, as well as my visit to parts of England, including Stonehenge! My name is Swami Purnachaitanya and I was born in the Netherlands. I am a disciple of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. For the last 15 years I have been traveling to conduct various programs, initiate and support social service initiatives, and share the knowledge of yoga, meditation, mantras and other aspects of Vedic wisdom. I have also written a book last year, titled "Looking Inward" - a practical guide to understanding how your mind works, how to get clarity, regain your inner peace and confidence, and effectively deal with anxiety, stress and other mental and emotional obstacles. It also teaches you more about meditation, how it differs from mindfulness, and includes many practical do's and don'ts, exercises and insights that are both useful for someone who is new to meditation, as well as for experienced practitioners. The book has already been translated in many languages and is available across the world.
