sir in the section 21 there is also third exception which says that ' An admission may be proved by or on behalf of the person making it, if it is relevant otherwise than as an admission'.

It would be helpful for students like us if you fully cover civil procedure code also in your video series.if you’re able to give it in short span of time it would be easy for students who have applied for civil judge exam which is to be conducted shortly.
