Swan - Swansensor Oxytrace G - Air Calibration

Ok so if the saturation level doesn't ever get above 23% what could be the issue? Alky solution was changed and ran at air for 1 hour then tried to do an air calibration but would not take a cal because of the saturation was not high enough. Is saturation referring to the akly solution of the anode and cathode?

Hi Ardan, This E031 is caused by the electronic failure that handle the signal output on the mainboard. Usually a reboot (power off then power on) of the instrument helps to solve this error. If that still doesn’t help to solve this error, then the customer will need to exchange the mainboard. For further problem/ details, please ask the customer to write an email to [e-mail] then we can keep track of the problem with the case number.
