Try having your first experience with Swans be when Spotify plays this song while you're having a nitemare, and you wake up halfway through the song and have no idea what kind of madness is happening. Being half asleep and hearing "heeyyyyyyyyy thereeeeee" with the instruments pulsating like a human breathes, I thought my nightmare had followed me into the real world.

Subbed. Swans are amazing. I'm new to this band too. I've heard maybe 2 songs from them, and I liked it. This one has a jagged rhythm that's just addicting. Great review. By the way, your comment about how much it would be to count made me laugh.

That bass line...how are his wrists not gone.. jokes aside my favorite part is the bass.. This is the closest to the early swans you will get. But some reason i can't get into Thier later stuff.. maybe I'm impatient LOL

I'm a big fan of basslines. But seriously... have you ever played the bass? If you don't practice everyday, your forearms get wasted if you play for that long!
