I have a disturbing question! can someone explain something to me? If the US has collected 1000,000 BTC to pay off the national debt, then they have to sell the BTC to someone else, right? That can't be the intention, can it?

Something I’ve been pondering too but I guess one way to look at it is US buy BTC = price go up = world buys BTC = years in future US sells BTC enough to begin bringing down debt or prevent it continuing to increase
