I disagree with the bitcoin is distrust guy, and also you, Dante. The *reason* that money exists is specifically because it allows to not have to trust. The hardness of the money means I'm not trusting that there's some money printer out there that will debase the effort I took to earn this money. I do not think Bitcoin - the hardest money ever - requires trust. Fiat, on the other hand, requires that I trust that those in charge not to debase the effort that I put into earning the money I have. To me trusting money is exactly what I don't want to do. And that's why I'm such a fan of Bitcoin.
