I like that you changed their roles but didn't change their personalities, I've seen a lot of swap au's where ya the characters swap roles but it also seems like they took the personality of the character that had the role before them instead of keeping their own personalities (sorry if that's confusing) here let me give an example, like how yashiro in the swap au doesn't follow around hanako/yugi like hanako does to yashiro. Sorry if this didn't really make sense but anyways you did a great job ❤!

In the swap au, it is still not known if Nene still has a sibling or not. So, since in the og tbhk, amane killed tsukasa, then in the swap au, Nene killed Ao-chan. Why? Because in the og tbhk, Tsukasa is important to Amane/Hanako, and Ao-chan is important to Nene both at og and swap au. For the Sakura and Natsuhiko, wdym? No offense but, I may or may not understand what you've said there. So kindly explain what you actually meant?
