I have experienced this! From December last year I started swimming 1 hour everyday. While preparing for June 19 exam, I told my mom I will swim on alternate days. My mom told me if I do that she will give me food on alternate days 🤣 I dedicated 1 and a half hours including travel for my health and it is the best experience I’ve ever had. My hips used to pain after sitting for long hours! Now I feel energetic everyday. Kudos to Swapnil Sir for highlighting this issue. Very less ppl talk about this! Great sir!

Very well said Sir. It is really excellent and extremely motivating of what you have told Sir. Sir I am from Kolkata I daily spend atleast 45 min walking both from home to office and from office to home. It really reduces my mental stress. Not only this in Sunday evening I play tabla. I love music. Do you know Sir? On every Friday I visit a factory - TIL(Tractors India Ltd ) store at Kharagpur for physical verification. It is perpetual inventory system in which I have to personally count each and every item and after that I have to reconcile the physically checked items with the stock as per system(Oracle) Sir I need to climb upstairs to pick up the bins and to count each item out of that bin. It is really physical activity which although I am doing for official purpose. But instead of that I am not at all feeling very tired in finding time for doing crucial studies for facing CA examinations .

a good video and also must watch. but guys its just about the planing as sir said there is time for some other activities in our daily life we should convert it into our fitness program ki jaisa bhi fitness program ho. lekin khud ke liye ek ghanta nikalta hai. me bhi morning 7 to 8 weights lift karta hun aur bowling practice Karta hun lekin meko koi padai me effect Nahi Hoti, in fact, I can study more effectively. and more about i am intrested in teaching me khud ki youtube channel me video lectures banata hun aur 8hrs sota bhi hun lekin jo bhi is kaam k hai jo 10ghanta ki sleeping, exercise and video lectures. it helps me to study remaining 12hrs effectively and consistently. jao apki life me ca bano ca se zyada aur kuch karo ki ca ke baad aap bol sakta ki me kali ca nahi hun me ye bhi kara tha. thanks for the video and effort, sir.
