I’m glad you talked about the way the screen time seems to work because I keep my screen on all the time and it’s not like I’m scrolling through anything. Like I use Bookly that tracks how long I read for (amazing app, HIGHLY recommend!) but I also have YT playing when I sleep because I can’t sleep in complete silence so on days I’m off work, it says that I’m on my phone for 10+ hours! Like yesterday’s time was 18h and 27mins! Like I definitely slept for about 10 hours so that math just doesn’t add up… 🙃

It accounts for any time the phone is running. Including music. I’m at the gym running music and my workout app for 1.5-2 hrs. So I would personally add up mind numbing scrolling for this challenge. Social media, websites, you tube, etc.

girl my screen time is 8 plus hours almost everyday! i’m like wait what?? i think it’s cause i watch youtube videos. it makes no sense. I do read my books on kindle in my phone but not 8 hrs!! idk i think i’m denial! lol

if you delete an app after using it, the time you spent on that app will be counted but the app won't show up with the other apps

Screen time tracks when you play music and stuff or are on a phone call with your screen off. Awful
