Okay... this made me look at my screen time and 💀 avg 5-6hrs a day. Screen time is at... 15.5 hrs on a Wednesday. If we count computer screen time, it would be almost all my waking moments. 😭I work, play, live on my computer -- that's one thing I'm grateful about every gotten back into reading. But also, POKEMON GO PLAYERS UNITE 🥰!!!! I never see anyone on here play it, and I'm so happy to find out that you do!! Everyone says that it's so 2016 but I still religiously play it. Though there was a casual dip in my play time after the new avatar update because 💀 I PAID TO LOOK GOOD TWO WEEKS PRIOR AND THEY DID ME DIRTY. Sorry, tangent rant from your video 😂 I absolutely love this vlog video. And I absolutely need that cozy reading couch you have 😭I'm so glad that reading is helping you get into a better head space. I find the same thing too! No idea why but browsing the phone doesn't feel good when I end but when I finish reading a book, it feels so refreshing 🥰

if I added my computer screen time I would not be having fun lol 😂 I work from my computer so it's definitely what i'm looking at for most of the day 😅. I LOVE pokemon go! I've played almost everyday since it came out and I cannot be stopped 😂 but I agree with the avatars! They're so weird now haha. I think I still underestimate how much reading does for me mentally. There are so many factors about reading and books that make me feel so much better ❤️
