It's a hybrid pit bike/downhill mountain bike - there's a jack shaft which changes the drive side over from the left to the right to be compatible with the mountain bike hub/disk brakes on the rear wheel. The bike is a Motoped, I have a few other videos and they have a website too.

It's a "Motoped", cant post the link to their website, but if you search on google for motopeds the first result is their site. There are a few videos on KZbin about them too, some mine, a few from the maker and a couple from a distributor.

What is the little black tube for that you tug away in the frame @ 2:14? Does is carry oil and where does it plug in to? Thx

Sven Jonkers Thats just a crank case breather tube, it doesn't connect to anything. It lets air out of the crankcase when the piston is in a downstroke, otherwise it would get pressurized and blow gaskets. There may or may not be a little metal clip for it to pass through that just keeps in place pointed down.

Hey, i just ddid my swap and i put a brand new pinanha 140 into my ssr, whats the deal with these reasr clutches. Mine doesnt work at all. When i pull it in while in gear the bike wont roll at all....is there something i have to do to it? I dont have a bolt on the top of the clutch arm like some bikes, so i dont even know how to check into it

What is the black hose thing you tucked away at 2:14. Do you know its name or its purpose?

It's a breather for the crankcase. When the Piston moves up and down it would also compress the air in the crankcase without one. A pressurized crankcase would lead to leaks and also present unnecessary resistance to the Piston.

Nick Usher The main issue is the poor documentation that you get (if any) with some of them. Keep track of the parts, I use partitioned trays and label each tray as I put stuff in it - where it came from etc. I also take video for youtube - but if I didnt I'd take photo's of each part as it came off so I'd have something to refer to. If you cant find torque/other specs then either look up the generic torque spec for that size bolt or buy download the Z50/CRF50 service manual and use those. Good luck !

Where in the harness do i wire in my kill switch? I made the 3 connections and am left with the yellow lighting wires and 1 black?

Try grounding one lead of the kill switch and connect the other to the left over black wire.

That looks like your still using a 1" exhaust on that, going up to a 140 you should go up to a 1 1/8" pipe and a straight thru muffler, you'll get alot more performance out of that motor - would be noisier though.

No, because its sometimes positive and sometimes negative pressure as the Piston moves up and down.

I left it on Auto Focus instead of switching it to Manual. So instead of it being in focus on the Motor like I wanted, it kept trying to focus on me.

Recording audio as I record the video made the editing process more difficult as I then have to take into account the audio & the video and make sure they made sense (couldn't cut a scene if I was still talking and couldn't re arrange scenes, re shooting a part if I dropped a wrench etc is more difficult etc) I tried recording audio during the editing process, I'd have to do multiple attempts to get it right and wasn't worth it. Some people are good at that, I'm not one of them unfortunately.

2 tips, 1, use threadlock on vital screws that are going to vibrate out, like the bwtween the manifold and the head. use nylon lock nuts on the exhaust (No, not the kind that melts, use the good kind) i woulnt class that bike as "ugly" but... odd maby :P
