25:11 Windows NT 4.0 didn't load the registry because you need to save it as a Win9x/NT4 Registration File

What if you swap the registry from 2 "different" Windows versions based off the same nt version, ex: Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2.

What happens if you put windows xp explorer to windows 11

Windows might still be able to boot, but you wouldn't have a shell (explorer is the shell) which makes it not very usable. Any app that needs explorer will break.
